My buddy Korgoth designed this HQ.
It was the end of ILLH. We moved all of our hard work into it, and within a few hours everything was gone. Even the sims were taken as they were not bolted in time. I left for 3 days and came back as it was happening. It was the end of a good corp. I was ordered to help Frank fire everyone in the falling out.
