Once a distant suburb at the southern end of [[Freedom City]], this community is now cut off by the [[Crater Rim|nuke crater]] to the north. After the [[Collapse]], a dangerously violent cult took control of this town and began building up an army of fanatics, which recently began sending suicide bombers to attack [[Freedom City]].
