Broken arrow contract

This is a great money making contract. You need to know your way around HELLMOO and preferably have enough medic to heal broken legs, though it is not required. When you sign the contract, it will say where the bureaucrat's plane crashed. Go to that area and find the bureaucrat. He will start following you. However, he has a broken leg. If you do not want him to occasionally get shock and move slow as fuck then you should bring an instacast to heal him. He doesn't actually take damage from it though. Bring him to City Hall (CH on the map in FC) and you will get the job payout.
