Grumbard-Sanders Book Emporium

Located in Freedom City, the Emporium's hours of operation are 8:30am to 8:00pm. It is located at Cheney Way-1700 block, and is most often visited for its convenient recipe books.

This bookshop sells schematics, dictionaries and some other books. The recipe books on sale here are useful for holding schematics rather than leaving them loose in workbenches. Dictionaries are quest items (for quests that may or may not be functional).
