London Smog

London Smog is a tobacconist shop in Maas Neotek, in the middle of Verne Street. It is open from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

This shop is notable for being the only place in the game you can get brass zippos and Nicosheen cigarettes. Zippos are functionally identical to cheap plastic lighters and don't give any special flavor messages, so it's just a minor cosmetic thing. The same is true of Nicosheens and regular cigarettes.
