You can find these useless old farts in the Final Rest Home (RH on map) just east of the Crack Mansion (CM) in Freedom City.

The common oldies are very easy, they do not have good resistance/soak to anything, poor dodge, and only deal about 0-5 damage. However, they are very protective, so if you attack one in a room of 4, the other 3 will most likely attack you as well. However, there is a mob called the 'war veteran' and they carry rifles which can be devastating if you aren't wearing armor or don't have soaks from mutations like zombie or high density. They always carry flak jorts and a flak jacket which each sell for about $36.
