The Acres

A small and rather creepy zone adjacent to Lurleen, the Acres is almost entirely featureless. It's also completely missable, containing only links to the Underground Jerkway and back to Lurleen, with no reason to visit besides a travel journal. The "Mantrap" tile a short distance east of the entrance is supposed to be a gate to the rest of the zone, which appears to be expansive, but the gate will not open for any reason. You also can't pick up any items dropped on that tile by normal means, so watch out!

For whatever spooky reason, your clone cannot be updated in the Acres, and you cannot initiate attacks there, either. This zone is an unfinished and forgotten relic, and will likely remain one. It may be an aborted form of what eventually became Beatrice Acres, given their shared name and vibe.
