The Punisher

The Punisher is a wandering player hunter, like the vampire hunters and Dan Asty, among others. All of these have specific types of players that they hunt, and the Punisher is no exception. His prey is players who kill low-level players. He wear a Punisher Suit and carries a Shiver Axe.
