Wang's is located in the north-east Freedom city, designated WN, and is open 24/7. It is at Third and Cheney.

The food here is unremarkable, but Miyo teaches spears to 3.

There's also the meijin go parlor in the basement, where you can learn about the real-life board game Go. You're supposed to be able to play Go with the NPCs here, but it's broken and NPCs will never take their turn. However, merely challenging one of the NPCs to a game of Go is a way to complete the socializer job without needing input from any other player, which can be useful. You can also buy Go boards here to play with your friends.
